Compliance with the 2008 Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA)

All Playscapes products are compliant with applicable provisions of CPSIA regarding specific pohibitions and restrictions on lead paint, lead content, phthalates, and with the California Air Resources Board's ruling on formaldehyde emissions. None of our products have removable parts which could create a choking hazard for children under age 3. Additionally, our products are engineered to prevent breakage by forces exerted during normal use and abuse by children under 3.
